1. About Vridhi Markets

Vridhi Markets is an AI-powered platform offering real-time market data, technical analysis, sentiment insights, watchlists, and alerts for stocks, crypto, and forex. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Platform.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• We do not collect or store PAN, Aadhaar, or bank account details.
• You agree to provide accurate information during signup.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI models
• Use the Platform for any illegal activity or market manipulation
• Scrape or download data in bulk without permission

5. Investment Disclaimer (Important)

• All information, AI signals, scores, and alerts on Vridhi Markets are strictly for educational and informational purposes.
• Vridhi Markets does not offer personalized investment advice, buy/sell recommendations, or financial advisory services.
• We are not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst or Investment Adviser.
• Trading and investing in stocks, derivatives, cryptocurrencies, and forex involves significant risk of loss of capital.
• You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions.
• Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified SEBI-registered financial advisor before making any investment.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Vridhi Markets offers seven plans: Orbit (free forever), Eclipse (₹1,999/month), Galaxy (₹3,999/month), Astral (₹6,999/month), Supernova (₹9,999/month), Quasar (₹14,999/month) and Infinity (₹19,999/month). All prices exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout. Each plan's usage limits — market data access, watchlist pairs, AI credits, AI stock analysis, indicators per chart, historical data, alerts, journal entries, strategy builder runs and linked devices — are listed on the plan comparison page and apply as published there.

• Annual billing: every paid plan gives 2 months free — you pay for 10 months and receive 12 months of access.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel renewal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the paid period ends.
• No refunds: all payments, including monthly, annual and renewal payments, are final and non-refundable, including for partially used periods.
• Usage limits reset on India-time calendar boundaries (day, Monday-starting week, or month).

6A. Referral Rewards

Referral rewards are calculated on the subscription payment amount your referred friend actually pays, for monthly and annual subscriptions alike. Your rate is set by your own currently active plan at the time of each payment:

• Orbit: no referral reward.
• Eclipse: 5% one time. Galaxy: 10% one time.
• Astral: 10% one time + 5% every renewal. Supernova: 15% one time + 5% every renewal.
• Quasar: 15% one time + 7% every renewal. Infinity: 20% one time + 10% every renewal.
• Recurring commission is paid only while your friend keeps renewing. If you upgrade or downgrade, the rate for later renewals follows your new active plan; plans with no renewal rate earn no recurring commission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vridhi Markets and its team shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from:

• Any trading or investment decisions made using information from our Platform
• Any inaccuracy in market data or AI analysis
• Technical issues or service interruptions

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
